Construct new 17,000 sq. ft. 2-story business offices, complete. Including Tenant Improvement build-out for Wallace Group, a Civil Engineering Firm. Scope of work includes custom pre-engineered steel building shell with exposed structural components being utilized for architectural design finishes within the interior tenant improvement. The majority of utilities servicing the building are exposed to view to include HVAC Ducting, Electrical Distribution, and Fire Sprinklers.
