Construct new 10,000 sq. ft. bank facility complete including site work and public improvements. Scope of work includes, but not limited to: Type V wood framed structure, exterior and interior finishes, courtyard and entry plaza hardscape and landscape, utility connections and laterals, new public improvements for City of Arroyo Grande, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
