Construct new commercial 5 building campus complete with major site development. Scope of work includes, but not limited to: site improvements for five acre space, major public improvements and continuation of South Bay Boulevard to Bay Osos Drive , utility crossing at Los Osos Valley Road , and construct approximately 36,000 sq.ft. of commercial building space and tenant improvements.
