SCI’s clients consist of corporations, private
individuals, partnerships, joint ventures, government
agencies, and public utilities.

Our
construction projects include
commercial, industrial, institutional,
medical, civil engineering,
facilities and pipelines. 90%
of our private work is obtained
by negotiated and owner select
bid lists. We also provide pre-construction
services including, but not
limited to budgeting, value
engineering, constructability
reviews, and scheduling.

We
are pleased to say that one
of our most notable company
features is the ability to self-
perform several major trade
areas. These trades include
earthwork, site utilities, wet
pipeline, carpentry, structural
and site concrete. The type
of project, resource, crew availability
and economic sensibility related
to specific tasks are dependent
on self-performed work. Projects
that typically utilize self-performing
resources include civil projects,
smaller public works projects,
maintenance, and emergency work.
Our larger commercial projects
are performed with primarily
subcontracted forces.
